Typical homepage structure

Usually, homepages in our themes have the following customizable and configurable blocks:

• Info block
• Custom blocks
• Promoted articles
• Recent activities
• Contact Boxes
• CTA

You can adjust their appearance in the theme settings.

To change the homepage layout

1. In the Zendesk Guide, click the Customize design icon in the sidebar.
2. Click Customize on the theme you want to edit.
3. In the Settings panel, select Homepage layout.
4. Select preferred layout options for the info block, categories/sections, promoted articles, etc.
5. Click the Publish button to save the changes.
